• Same-day bookings depend on availability.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a fee.
• If our cleaners arrive and cannot access the property, it will be treated as a cancellation.
• No refunds for completed services; however, we offer re-cleaning for valid issues.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Pricing may vary based on property size, condition, and service type.
• Additional tasks not included in the selected service are billed separately.
• Payments must be made before or immediately after service delivery.
• We accept card payments, digital payments, and approved payment methods listed on our website.

5. Service Limitations

For safety and insurance reasons, our cleaners cannot:

• Lift or move heavy furniture
• Clean high areas requiring tall ladders
• Handle mold, pests, biohazards, or hazardous chemicals
• Perform outdoor tasks not listed in our services

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re unhappy with a part of your cleaning:

• Contact us within 24 hours, and our team will re-clean the affected area free of charge.
• Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction, only re-cleaning.

7. Property Access

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to their property (keys, codes, doorman access).
Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation charge.

8. Pets & Safety

• Pets should be secured for safety.
• We use non-toxic, eco-safe products, but SereneCo Clean is not responsible for individual allergies unless disclosed prior to service.

9. Personal Items & Damage

• Our cleaners are trained and insured.
• SereneCo Clean is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose fixtures, fragile décor, or valuable items not properly secured.
• Any accidental damage must be reported with photos within 24 hours.
